Interview with a Friend

Latife Elmas

Latife is my classmate at St Giles. Today, we talked about her gap year and she told me that she had plans to go to Egypt next year with some friends. According to her, it would be fantastic to scuba dive in Sharm el Sheikh and also visit the pyramids.

Latife said she was very excited about her plans and explained that she preffered traveling by plane because she couldn't stand long trips. In addition, she told me that she could speak not only English and Turkish but also some words in German which might be helpful in her trip. However, in case of emergency, she had a friend living in Egypt who she could call if she had any trouble.

Finally, she said that she would miss Istambul during the trip and as soon as she come back she wanted to have breakfast at Bosphorus, her favourite café in that city .
